About 10 o'clock at night, a young man was mortally wounded, in his way home from Sadler's Wells: he was set upon by two young villains, whom he resisted; but a third starting up with a blunderbuss, discharged it full at his body, which tore him in such a manner that his bowels came out, after which they made their escape without robbing him. He lingered a few days, and then died. The murderers have since been taken.
